Shop Manager

You need at least 2-3 years experience of a management position for this post (shop manager/departmental manager) in the retail trade industry. You must have had responsibility for human resources and profits from a department store, shop, or other service intensive activity. This does not necessarily include interior design, but you must obviously have a pronounced personal interest in our type of products in order for you to do a good job. You are probably between 30 and 40 and have gained a lot of the requisite experience, but also because you understand our most common customer group which is in your age range.

It is important that your profile is heavily sales-oriented, but also that you possess personnel management and customer care skills. In order to be compatible for the role of shop manager, you need to be a committed and genuinely service-minded individual. You are results-oriented, and have the capacity to achieve your set goals. You are particularly interested in working with people and are eager to ensure your employees are happy in their work. You enjoy selling and like having a hands-on approach in the shop.

Seller

A positive attitude, being outgoing, a love of working with people and the ability to befriend our customers are the things we are looking for if you intend applying for a job as a seller. You should also be accustomed to sales work and be sales-oriented, but you don't need to be a star at design. However, you must find our range of presents, furnishings and unusual things to your liking.
