This is a simple way to summarize our business idea. It also comes across in a good way in our slogan: "New, handpicked items. Every week.
We pick a selection of articles for everyday use, from established as well as unknown designers. The articles are sold for a limited time in our seventeen shops in Sweden and Oslo and even in our webshop. What makes DesignTorget so unique and which forms a key part of the DesignTorget spirit is the direct contact we have with our designers. We have a committee or jury, which meets every week to choose the products to be sold exclusively in our shops. Every week we receive many products from designers keen to sell their wares at DesignTorget. Beyond our high demands for quality and that the product meets our requirements for functionality, we also look for those products that encourage or reflect new thinking, as well as being laced with some humour. Among our great selection of designer products, some are available for months or even years, while others stay in our shops for just 8 to 10 weeks, depending on customer demand.
